Job Requirements

Be 21 years or older
basic literacy skills
6-12 months related experience
knowledge of state alcoholic beverage regulations
ability to communicate effectively
physically able to unload merchandise
reliable and able to work flexible hours
comply with all company policies and legal regulations

able to maintain product quality and merchandising standards
experience with inventory management systems is preferred

Job Duties

Provide fast friendly efficient customer service
smile make eye contact and thank customers
maintain a neat and clean work station
educate customers on alcoholic beverage related questions
merchandise all alcoholic beverage products within guidelines
adhere to all corporate state and federal rules and regulations
assist grocery manager in ordering and maintaining inventory using CGO system
follow weekly and monthly sales plans
ensure product availability quality service and sanitary conditions
maintain full and well stocked sales area
assist in recording and maintaining financial records and reports for invoices
maintain high level of customer courtesy and service
perform front end services when needed
ensure compliance with sanitation and pricing procedures
unload merchandise from trucks
manage store when necessary
assist with training and development of new associates
work within company efficiency standards
control shrink through adherence to policies and cycle counts
perform other related duties as assigned
