Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area

Job Duties
- Assists in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
- supervises daily food and beverage shift operation ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and procedures
- supports and supervises a monthly self-inspection program
- operates and reports malfunction of department equipment
- supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives
- encourages mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- develops specific goals to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
- communicates areas needing attention to staff and ensures understanding
