Job Requirements
- Minimum of 20 hours availability per week
- Experience working in the hospitality or craft beer industry
- Ability to manage and create schedules
- Cash handling experience
- Strong leadership and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties
- Manage and create schedule for bartender shifts
- Bartending as needed
- Managing and balancing cash
- Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of the taproom and customer areas
- Maintain and clean draft equipment and related retail customer equipment
- Organize and oversee taproom events and food vendors
- Develop staff knowledge and enthusiasm for craft beer
