Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must maintain state Food Handler's Permit
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a bartender
- Must maintain a current Bartender License
- Excellent communication skills
- Interact with customers in a professional manner
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Word Perfect and Excel preferred
- Willing to be educated further about wines and beers
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and read retain and comprehend
- Ability to use basic math skills
- Self-motivated professional with a drive to increase knowledge of Albertsons products
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be organized detail oriented accurate and have good time management skills
- Ability to multitask while working under stress and time constraints
- Reports to work in proper uniform per company policy
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar including managing staff inventory and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and supervise bartenders and other bar staff
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create a culture of food exploration innovation and education for guests and employees
- Deliver a consistently high level customer service to each customer and maintain a safe environment by identifying any issues
- Keep the bar area clean in accordance with the company's guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally
- Mix all drinks based on the servings sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar satisfied at all times
- Uphold set standard and enforce food and drink preparations and handling ensuring compliance with company food safety policy
