Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- must be 21 or older
- valid TABC license or ability to obtain one
- prior experience working in a bar or restaurant
- supervisory experience
- physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs for restocking and receiving shipments

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails beer wine and adhere to recipes and presentation standards
- lead by example
- assist General Manager in all bar orders with distributors and suppliers
- assist General Manager in completing monthly inventory and receiving shipments
- engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming inclusive environment
- maintain a clean and organized bar area ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- step out from behind the bar to attend to customers who are shopping around the store
- process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy shifts
- uphold all liquor laws and regulations including checking IDs and monitoring responsible alcohol service
