Job Requirements
- Must have previous banquets experience
- 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for longer periods of time and walk moderate distances
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)

- Previous banquets experience required
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Experience with local 2 union preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk moderate distances
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (about 50 pounds)
Job Duties
- Manage and execute banquet events to ensure seamless operations
- Supervise banquet teams responsible for event room set-ups and food and beverage service
- Communicate effectively across hotel departments to fulfill event order requirements
- Assist with scheduling and payroll management for banquet staff
- Build strong relationships with clients including meeting planners, VIPs, and attendees
- Maintain high standards of customer service to exceed client expectations
- Monitor and enforce compliance with union regulations and hotel policies
