Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in banquet or event management
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong leadership abilities
- knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety regulations
- self-starting personality with a calm demeanor
