Job Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in banquet or event management, hotel experience a plus

Job Duties
- Assist in management of all banquet operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability
- Supervise food and beverage setup and cleanup
- Assist in planning, organizing and executing all banquet functions such as breakfast, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas
- Monitor and develop team member performance by providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations, and delivering recognition and reward
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training team members
- Greet clients and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
