Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years banquet supervisory experience
  • Desire to satisfy guests in a fast paced environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic proficiency with computer applications

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years banquet supervisory experience preferred
  • True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Manage banquet event room setups
  • Supervise banquet service and ensure quality standards
  • Maintain banquet equipment and event areas
  • Coordinate with event planners and hotel departments
  • Ensure compliance with safety and service procedures
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist in training and mentoring banquet staff
