Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years banquet supervisory experience
- Desire to satisfy guests in a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Physical ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with computer applications
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years banquet supervisory experience preferred
- True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Manage banquet event room setups
- Supervise banquet service and ensure quality standards
- Maintain banquet equipment and event areas
- Coordinate with event planners and hotel departments
- Ensure compliance with safety and service procedures
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring banquet staff
