- previous experience in banquet or event coordination

- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- supervise banquet associates to ensure service standards are met
- train and motivate banquet staff
- manage daily banquet event operations
- organize and prepare function setups according to departmental standards
- communicate with kitchen and stewarding teams regarding menu and equipment requirements
- monitor guest satisfaction and address complaints promptly
- complete necessary paperwork and closing duties
