Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of banquet or event experience
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to manage inventory and place orders
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments

Job Duties
- Ensure partnership for successful execution of all specifics of banquet contracts resulting in high customer service levels and repeat customer business
- Assist in communicating effectively and executing solutions in the Banquet Department Manager role in correlation with other departments
- Cultivate a synergistic environment with superior guest service by proactively responding to and resolving key concerns
- Perform inventory management through stocking and organizing, as well as advising food and beverage orders to upper management
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operation of meeting/banquet set-ups and service
