Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or event management preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Desire to satisfy customer needs in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in banquet or event services management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple events simultaneously
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Manage banquet events and ensure smooth execution
  • Supervise event room set-ups and tear-downs
  • Oversee service quality during banquet functions
  • Maintain and inspect banquet equipment
  • Coordinate with event planners and other hotel departments
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide excellent guest service and handle guest inquiries during events
