Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to manage others effectively
- Ability to meet physical demands including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 100lbs
- Familiarity with bakery equipment operation
- Adherence to sanitation and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Ability to assist in training and development of associates
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of bakery operations and safety regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory and financial paperwork procedures
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful customer service at all times
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Assist with bakery operations including preparation, baking, merchandising, and presentation
- Run the bakery department in the absence of the manager
- Ensure product availability, quality, and sanitary conditions
- Fulfill all customer special orders accurately
- Assist in training and developing bakery associates
