Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives
- physical ability to stand walk lift bend twist and perform other bakery related activities
- capacity to work in hot and cold environments for extended hours
- ability to handle lifting of items up to 100 pounds occasionally
- availability to work flexible retail hours
- adherence to company policies and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age

- experience in customer service and retail environment

Job Duties
- work within company 5S efficiency standards to provide fast friendly helpful and efficient customer service at all times
- smile make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling requests
- maintain a neat clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- assist with bakery operations including preparation baking merchandising and final presentation of bakery products
- run the department in absence of the manager
- ensure customer satisfaction through product availability quality outstanding service and sanitary conditions
- fulfill all customer special orders
