Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Assist the bakery manager with day-to-day operations
- Ensure policies and procedures regarding merchandising, sanitation, and training are followed
- Inspect bakery products to ensure quality and availability
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station
- Fulfill customer special orders
- Assist in training and development of bakery associates
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in financial aspects of the bakery
- Control shrink through adherence to policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
