Job Requirements
- Must be able to bake various baked goods including Mexican, Central American, and American styles
- Must be able to perform mathematical operations related to job functions
- Must enjoy working with the public
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be self-motivated
- Must have a friendly, courteous attitude and provide extraordinary customer service
- Must exhibit a responsible, professional, and positive attitude towards the job, co-workers, and customers
- Must have a positive attitude towards safety and follow all health and safety regulations
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to transfer to other locations within a reasonable commute of home store
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three years of baking experience or one year of management experience
- Proficiency with basic office equipment such as computers and printers
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Commitment to health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- Assist bakery manager in planning and directing bakery operations
- Merchandise bakery products effectively
- Keep bakery products fresh and properly rotated
- Ensure products meet health department storage and temperature requirements
- Prepare and bake products with consistent quality and appearance
- Greet customers and provide extraordinary customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests
