Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results
- Ability to stand, walk and pivot for 5-8 hours daily
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs occasionally and push/pull equipment up to 2400lbs
- Must adhere to company safety and sanitation policies
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Capable of training and supervising team members
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Experience in bakery operations or food service preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Ability to learn financial aspects of bakery operations
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Maintain neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Assist with bakery operations including preparation, baking, merchandising and presentation of bakery products
- Run the department in the absence of the bakery manager
- Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality and sanitation
- Train and develop bakery associates to meet corporate performance standards
- Assist in inventory management and control shrink through adherence to policies
