Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results
- Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, kneel, bend, lift up to 100lbs
- Experience with bakery equipment and operations
- Adherence to company policies and sanitation regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Ability to learn financial aspects of bakery operations
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results
- Experience in bakery or retail food service preferred
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Assist with bakery preparation, baking, merchandising and final product presentation
- Run the department in the absence of the bakery manager
- Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality and sanitary conditions
- Fulfill all customer special orders
- Assist in training and development of bakery associates
