Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Three plus years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality
  • One plus years of leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Three plus years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field
  • Experience in bakery, restaurant management, culinary, and/or grocery preferred
  • One plus years of leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Coordinate the ordering of bakery items with the Bakery Manager
  • Greet guests and proactively assist them in a friendly manner with accurate and timely information
  • Make recommendations and accommodate requests
  • Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, reduce shrink and damage
  • Properly receive and stock goods following product rotation standards
  • Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on the job and through internal training platforms
  • Assist in managing inventory, pricing integrity, and operational processes
