Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in bakery or food service environment preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • physical ability to perform stocking and bakery duties
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • support the Bakery Manager in overseeing daily Bakery Department operations
  • ensure compliance with company policies
  • maintain high standards of product quality and production efficiency
  • assist in stocking duties as necessary
  • drive production and budget objectives
  • provide exceptional customer service as a role model
  • foster a positive and enthusiastic team environment
