Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year bakery or food service experience
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Maintain an upbeat and positive atmosphere in the bakery
- Oversee daily bakery operations and staff management
- Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies

- Train and mentor team members to uphold brand standards
- Facilitate promotions and community engagement events
