Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives
  • able to work in hot and cold environments
  • must be able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, bending, twisting, lifting up to 100lbs
  • able to operate bakery and cleaning equipment
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results
  • experience in bakery operations or retail food service is an advantage
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties

  • provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times
  • maintain a neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
  • assist with bakery operations including preparation, baking, merchandising and final presentation of bakery products
  • run the bakery department in the absence of the manager
  • ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality, service and sanitary conditions
  • fulfill all customer special orders
  • assist in the training and development of bakery associates
  • maintain corporate inventory levels and control shrink through adherence to policies
