Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment including standing walking bending lifting and exposure to hot and cold conditions
- Adherence to company policies and state sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Consistently work within company 5S efficiency standards to provide fast friendly helpful and efficient customer service
- Maintain a neat clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Assist with bakery operations including preparation baking merchandising and final presentation of bakery products
- Run the department in absence of the manager
- Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability quality service and sanitary conditions
- Fulfill all customer special orders
- Assist in training and development of bakery associates
- Control shrink through adherence to policies and procedures
