Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 100lbs, standing, walking, bending, twisting and pivoting
- Ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Commitment to maintaining product quality and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve results
- Experience in bakery operations or retail food service preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols
- Basic financial acumen related to bakery department operations
Job Duties
- Provide fast and friendly customer service
- Assist with bakery operations including preparation, baking, merchandising and presentation
- Maintain neat, clean and organized workstations
- Run the department in the absence of the manager
- Ensure product availability, quality and customer satisfaction
- Fulfill all customer special orders
- Train and develop bakery associates
- Maintain inventory levels and control shrink
- Adhere to corporate and sanitation regulations
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
