Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 100lbs, standing, walking, bending, twisting and pivoting
  • Ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Commitment to maintaining product quality and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve results
  • Experience in bakery operations or retail food service preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols
  • Basic financial acumen related to bakery department operations

Job Duties

  • Provide fast and friendly customer service
  • Assist with bakery operations including preparation, baking, merchandising and presentation
  • Maintain neat, clean and organized workstations
  • Run the department in the absence of the manager
  • Ensure product availability, quality and customer satisfaction
  • Fulfill all customer special orders
  • Train and develop bakery associates
  • Maintain inventory levels and control shrink
  • Adhere to corporate and sanitation regulations
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management
