Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a bakery or retail environment
  • excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • capability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • basic computer skills for managing schedules and payroll
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and perform bakery duties

Job Duties

  • support the Bakery Manager in overseeing bakery production and retail operations
  • manage bakers, retail staff, and driver employees
  • supervise in-coming and out-going deliveries and orders
  • ensure ambassador preparedness and maintain organization of back room and office
  • oversee use of processes, systems, and resource materials by all ambassadors
  • manage employee schedules, time punch edits, payroll, and overtime
  • ensure exceptional customer service both in-person and on the phone
