Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through
- Must comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable operating bakery equipment and tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Assist with bakery operations including preparation, baking, merchandising and presentation
- Supervise bakery department in the absence of the manager
- Ensure product availability, quality, outstanding service and sanitary conditions
- Fulfill all customer special orders
- Train and develop bakery associates to meet corporate standards
