Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through

- Previous experience in bakery or retail operations preferred
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Work within company 5S efficiency standards to provide fast and friendly customer service
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Assist with bakery operations including preparation, baking, merchandising and presentation of products
- Run the department in the manager's absence
- Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality, and sanitation
- Fulfill all customer special orders
- Assist in training and development of bakery associates
- Maintain inventory levels and control shrink
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
