Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or bakery operations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- strong organizational skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- friendly and positive attitude

- previous experience in bakery or food service preferred
- leadership or supervisory experience desirable
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of inventory management

- support the Bakery Manager in daily bakery operations
- maintain an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere
- motivate and train team members
- manage inventory and supplies
- ensure high standards of product quality and customer service
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- assist with staffing and scheduling
