Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through
- Willingness to work flexible hours including standing and walking for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and move heavy items
- Ability to adhere to corporate policies regarding safety, sanitation and training
- Willingness to learn financial aspects of bakery operations
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results
- Experience in bakery operations or retail food service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations in a food environment
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Basic computer and financial literacy beneficial
Job Duties
- Work within company 5S efficiency standards to provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Smile, make eye contact and thank customer upon fulfilling requests
- Maintain neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Assist with bakery operations including preparation, baking, merchandising and presentation of products
- Run the department during the absence of the bakery manager
- Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality, service and sanitation
- Fulfill all customer special orders
- Assist in training and developing bakery associates to meet corporate standards
- Maintain inventory levels and control shrink through adherence to policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
