Job Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail bakery environment
- Willingness to adhere to sanitation and safety regulations
- Availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in bakery operations or food service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and shrink control practices
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Assist with preparation, baking, merchandising and presentation of bakery products
- Run the bakery department in the absence of the manager
- Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality, service and sanitation
- Fulfill all customer special orders
- Assist in the training and development of bakery associates
- Maintain inventory levels and control shrink
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures
