Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have minimum two years retail grocery experience
- Have minimum two years supervisory experience
- Be dependable and reliable
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Have outgoing and friendly behavior and positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to answer phones and take special orders
- Perform general housekeeping including cleaning and sanitizing
- Ability to operate bakery equipment and tools
- Ability to stand for up to 3 hours continuously and transfer items up to 40 lbs
- Adhere to safety and health regulations
- Maintain Food Handlers permit

- Ability to perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning and sanitizing work areas
- Ability to operate knives, scales, wrappers, compactors, garbage disposals, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Ability to accurately weigh and label products using scales and weight measures
- Ability to stand for long periods and transfer items up to 40 lbs
- Adhere to safety, health, and weights and measures regulations
- Maintain a valid Food Handlers permit
Job Duties
- Assist the Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit
- Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Bakery team
- Execute rotation of merchandise and building of displays
- Monitor in-coming cases for damaged items
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and monitor the quality of Bakery product
- Unload and sort through store deliveries, operate, and maintain deli equipment
- Ensure the execution of all company health, safety, and sanitation guidelines/regulations, and validate that other Bakery team members are also aware of, and following, these procedures
