Job Requirements

  • at least 3 years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality
  • experience in bakery, restaurant management, culinary or grocery roles
  • minimum of 1 year leadership experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • minimum age of 18 years
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, days and evenings

Job Qualifications

  • 3 plus years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field
  • bakery, restaurant management, culinary and/or grocery experience
  • 1 plus years of leadership experience
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Assisting the Bakery Manager with coordinating ordering of bakery items
  • greeting guests and proactively assisting with friendly and accurate information
  • making recommendations and accommodating guest requests
  • managing order guides, ordering deadlines, and reducing shrink and damage
  • properly receiving and stocking goods following rotation standards
  • engaging, motivating, coaching, and training team members on-the-job and through internal training platforms
  • ensuring excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner
