Job Requirements
- at least 3 years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality
- experience in bakery, restaurant management, culinary or grocery roles
- minimum of 1 year leadership experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, days and evenings
Job Qualifications
- 3 plus years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field
- bakery, restaurant management, culinary and/or grocery experience
- 1 plus years of leadership experience
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Assisting the Bakery Manager with coordinating ordering of bakery items
- greeting guests and proactively assisting with friendly and accurate information
- making recommendations and accommodating guest requests
- managing order guides, ordering deadlines, and reducing shrink and damage
- properly receiving and stocking goods following rotation standards
- engaging, motivating, coaching, and training team members on-the-job and through internal training platforms
- ensuring excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner
