Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 plus years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field
- 1 plus years of leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Coordinate the ordering of bakery items with the Bakery Manager
- Greet guests and assist them in a friendly and timely manner
- Make recommendations and accommodate guest requests
- Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, and work to reduce shrinkage and damage
- Properly receive and stock goods following rotation standards
- Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and through internal training platforms
- Assist in managing all relevant bakery functions and activities
