Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 plus years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field
  • 1 plus years of leadership experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • 3 plus years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field
  • Bakery, restaurant management, culinary, or grocery experience preferred
  • 1 plus years of leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Coordinate the ordering of bakery items with the Bakery Manager
  • Greet guests and assist them in a friendly and timely manner
  • Make recommendations and accommodate guest requests
  • Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, and work to reduce shrinkage and damage
  • Properly receive and stock goods following rotation standards
  • Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and through internal training platforms
  • Assist in managing all relevant bakery functions and activities
