Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of bakery experience including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Active food handler's license
- Strong knowledge of bakery operations including hiring, training, scheduling, and production
- Ability to work well under pressure especially during busy holiday seasons
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Fluent in English reading, speaking, and understanding

Job Duties
- Assist the bakery manager in overseeing daily operations of the bakery department
- Help lead and motivate the baking team to produce our signature gourmet items from cookies and cakes to muffins, tarts, and special orders
- Ensure top-notch customer service, whether in person, at the counter, or for online orders
- Support the bakery team in maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Participate in hiring, training, and developing bakery staff with guidance from the bakery manager
- Maintain quality and consistency during high-volume periods especially the holidays
- Ensure bakery displays are fully stocked, beautifully presented, and meet Uncle G's standards
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences
