Job Duties
- Assume all duties of the Bakery Deli Manager in their absence
- Assist the Bakery Deli Manager with assigned tasks
- Oversee crew during daily operations to ensure tasks are completed
- Order, cut, wrap, and maintain gourmet cheese stock
- Manage the cheese counter and ensure it meets cleanliness and display standards
- Support team members and coordinate workflow
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
