Job Duties
- Prepare and bake cakes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Monitor baking processes and ensure consistency in product quality
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and kitchen areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient bakery operations
- Follow all safety and health regulations in food handling
- Support training of new baking staff
