Job Duties
- prepare and bake cakes according to established recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery work area
- assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation
- ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- collaborate with the bakery team to meet production goals
- provide excellent customer service by supporting bakery operations
- participate in ongoing training and skill development
