Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday with occasional Fridays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and develop baking skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some Fridays
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake cakes according to established recipes
- Ensure consistency and quality control in all baked products
- Support bakery operations including ingredient preparation and inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- Assist in training new kitchen staff
- Follow safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer experience
