Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- availability to work afternoon and evening shifts
- ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- compliance with food handler sanitation standards
- capacity to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to adapt to a dynamic kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale baking or pastry preferred
- knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety regulations
- attention to detail in baking processes
- ability to manage physical demands such as lifting and standing
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- formal baking or pastry education is a plus
Job Duties
- Follow recipes accurately to create artisan breads
- lift and handle large quantities of dough and baking supplies
- mix dough and manage baking tasks while standing for extended periods
- maintain flexibility and adapt to schedule and process changes
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with the baking team to maintain product quality
- assist in inventory handling and kitchen organization
