Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency
- must be able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Health Card (Food Worker Card)
- exceptional guest service skills required
- at least 1 year's relevant work history baking big bulk batches
- experience in high volume scratch baking, laminated doughs, cake and cake decorating, and fine pastries
- highly detail oriented, punctual, and reliable
- ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment
- positive and friendly attitude
- ability to work independently
- strong verbal and face-to-face communication skills
- ability to lift and move moderately heavy items regularly
- basic math skills

Job Duties
- Assists baker in creating quality baked goods
- assists in forecasting usage based on set pars using a product mix
- assists in maintaining inventory of bakery supplies
- understands and complies consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, walls, grills, broilers, fryers, flat top range and refrigeration equipment
- reports equipment and food quality problems to supervisor in a timely manner
- informs supervisor immediately of product shortages
- uses standard recipe card for preparing all products
- uses all kitchen equipment following proper procedures and training
- communicates with supervisor relaying food usage and quality control
- follows proper HAACP guidelines when handling, preparing, storing or stocking food items
- attends all mandatory department, casino and/or training meetings
- follows all department and casino policies, procedures, and regulations as required
- ensures compliance with Tribal, State, Federal, and NIGC regulations
- ensures control/protection of company assets as applicable
- works days, nights, weekends, special events and holidays as needed
- other duties as assigned
