Job Duties
- prepare and mix ingredients to create cake batter and fillings
- bake cakes according to specified recipes and quality standards
- decorate and frost cakes with precision and creativity
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- monitor inventory of baking supplies and report needs
- assist in training new baking staff
- cross-train as a froster or guest service joy creator
