- must be at least 18 years of age
- availability for afternoon and evening shifts
- ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- compliance with food handler regulations
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare dough and mix ingredients
- lift heavy baking supplies weighing over 50 lbs
- follow recipes and maintain attention to detail in bread production
- comply with local, state, and federal food handling and sanitation regulations
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area
- adapt to schedule changes including afternoons, evenings, and overnight holiday shifts
- assist with baking various artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads
