Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- ability to follow detailed recipes
- physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, Sundays, and holiday shifts
- willingness to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- previous baking experience preferred but not mandatory
- availability for a seasonal position ending after the 2025 holiday season

Job Duties
- Follow baking recipes accurately to create artisan breads
- lift and handle large amounts of dough and baking supplies weighing 50 pounds or more
- maintain cleanliness and comply with food handler and sanitation regulations
- work flexible shifts including afternoons, evenings, Sundays, and holiday overnight shifts
- collaborate with the baking team to ensure product quality and consistency
- adapt to changes in schedule and production demands
- monitor baking processes to ensure high standards are met
