Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability for afternoon and evening shifts including weekends
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays
- Adherence to local, state, and federal food safety regulations
- Good physical stamina for standing and mixing dough
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale baking or pastry making preferred
- Attentiveness to food safety and sanitation compliance
- Formal baking or pastry education is a bonus
- Strong ability to follow detailed recipes
- Good physical stamina for lifting and standing
- Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Follow bread and pastry recipes accurately
- Pay close attention to details to produce high-quality breads
- Lift and handle large quantities of dough and baking supplies
- Stand, lift, and mix dough during baking shifts
- Adapt to changes and flexible scheduling including afternoons, evenings, and occasional overnight shifts
- Ensure compliance with food handler and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain bakery standards
