Job Qualifications

- must be able to work mornings and closing shifts (bakery closes at 6pm)
- must be available to work weekends
- proficient in food preparation techniques with a solid understanding of culinary practices

- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
Job Duties
- prepare and bake a variety of pastries and cakes according to established recipes and standards
- decorate items for our case, ensuring visual appeal for customer satisfaction
- package finished products for distribution while maintaining quality and presentation
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
- provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs effectively
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all products produced
