- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

- Physical ability to perform repetitive baking tasks

- Ability to follow strict recipes and production protocols
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in baking or operational support in bakery, restaurant, or foodservice environment preferred

Job Duties
- Follows proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieves productivity goals
- Utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other baking tools
- Assists baker with preparing raw ingredients and equipment accurately
- Monitors baking process and manages daily baking and production flow
- Ensures proper packaging, labeling, storage, and product rotation of baked cakes
- Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks workstation for next shift
- Complies with health and safety guidelines and company policies
- Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality
