- experience managing athletic game day events and facilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- strong problem-solving abilities
- knowledge of NCAA compliance regulations

- experience in managing athletic game day events and athletic facilities
- strong communication skills with coaches, staff, university departments, and external clients
- ability to align and execute the university’s strategic vision and goals

- strong problem-solving skills
- knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules with a commitment to compliance regulations
Job Duties
- Supervision and management of all indoor and outdoor athletics facilities including Towson Center, TU Arena, Unitas Stadium, and athletic complexes
- coordinate maintenance requests with facilities management to ensure optimal playing conditions
- participate in project meetings for facility improvements
- coordinate and supervise game day event management for 19 NCAA Division 1 athletic teams including setup, management, and breakdown
- liaise with TU Police Department and external contractors for event safety and staffing needs
- schedule and manage usage of athletic facilities for practices, competitions, and external events
- supervise athletic facilities management staff and Athletics Campus Turf staff to ensure readiness and proper facility conditions
- manage the facilities and event management operating budget and oversee turf management budget
- forecast replacement plans for facility and equipment needs while ensuring compliance with procurement policies
