Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • minimum 2 years experience in athletics environment
  • event management experience
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • reliable personal transportation with valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • ability to work all shifts and extended hours
  • meet training and background check qualifications
  • comply with Protection of Minors policy
  • regular and reliable attendance
  • effective time and stress management skills
  • able to maintain collegial and harmonious working relationships

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year collegiate institution
  • minimum 2 years of experience working in an athletics environment
  • experience in event management
  • master’s degree preferred
  • demonstrated commitment to rules and policy compliance
  • fundraising experience with documented results
  • knowledge of NCAA Division II rules

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute athletics events
  • serve as liaison to visiting teams and officials
  • prepare facilities for events and coordinate with coaches and facilities staff
  • supervise game day operations on and off campus
  • manage and spearhead athletics fundraising events
  • document and handle fundraising revenue
  • work closely with Athletics Director to ensure department communication
  • perform other related duties as assigned
