Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory or lead server experience in restaurant or country club dining
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to handle member and guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service standards and a welcoming atmosphere
  • Lead, train, and motivate servers, bartenders, and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality member experiences
  • Oversee floor operations during lunch, dinner, and member events, ensuring smooth service flow
  • Monitor and maintain standards of food quality, beverage presentation, and service etiquette
  • Handle member and guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure proper coverage for all shifts
  • Execute and lead member and outside events
