Job Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- high school degree or equivalent
- meet state or local licensure and legal requirements
- ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
- ability to remain mobile throughout shifts
- ability to apprehend subjects according to company policy
- ability to lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- previous retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead a security culture including crisis response and crowd management
- implement daily and weekly AP workload priorities to support business goals
- respond to external and internal theft incidents and prevent future theft
- partner with store business leaders on operational shortage priorities
- lead, coach and develop hourly AP team members
- support total store sales by ensuring product availability and guest engagement
- manage scheduling and merchandise protection budgeting aligned with store security needs
